Advisor-controlled disclosure

Buyer review
Buyer profiles are reviewed before they receive sensitive mandate information or introductions.
NDA and introduction terms
Where required, buyers proceed through the relevant confidentiality and introduction terms before receiving additional information or being introduced.
Data handling
